Sometimes a customer may present a QR-code that is smudged or crumpled or their phone screen is cracked on which they're displaying the pass. In these cases, the handheld won't be able to scan the code, but you can manually enter the pass's number by using the keyboard. 


  • Select the Manual Entry option, with the keyboard icon on the home screen.



  • Enter the pass number located under the barcode. 



  • Like with a scanned pass, the tablet will then process the pass and return a message to confirm or deny its validity. 



This pass is now redeemed! You can admit the guests and will be able to find this redemption in your reports.
