Welcome to Redeam! You will use our device to scan third party vouchers and easily account for them. These scans will be seamlessly reported in our Redeam web portal so you can track your sales. 


To get started, login to your account:

  • Turn on your handheld
  • You should automatically see a screen with blue background and white Redeam logo
  • Click on the white Redeam logo to access the app
  • Enter your Username



  • Once logged in, from the home screen below, simply press one of the two orange SCAN buttons on the sides of the device to activate the scanner




  • The handheld will automatically scan the QR-code and return the pass's validity. You do not need to tap or touch anything to complete the scan. 




This pass is now redeemed! You can admit the guests and will be able to find this redemption in your reports. 


Sometimes a customer may present a QR-code that is smudged or crumpled or their phone screen is cracked on which they're displaying the pass. In these cases, the handheld won't be able to scan the code, but you can manually enter the pass's number by using the keyboard. 


  • Select the Manual Entry option, with the keyboard icon on the home screen.



  • Enter the pass number located under the barcode. 



  • Like with a scanned pass, the tablet will then process the pass and return a message to confirm or deny its validity. 




This pass is now redeemed! You can admit the guests and will be able to find this redemption in your reports.
