Civitatis vouchers do not contain scannable information. Please manually enter the Reserva / ID number located on the top lefthand side of the voucher.
Special Note: For the time being, also add an "A" to the beginning of the Reserva / ID when entering it on the tablet. This will ensure that the code matches what Civitatis notifies to Redeam so you will be able to validate and will not receive a "Barcode is Unrecognized" error. For example, the voucher below should be entered as A1087036 and it should return a valid response on the tablet.
