Our devices should remain charged for a complete 8-hour shift, but there are many factors that can affect this performance. If your device is dying exceptionally fast we can certainly replace it. Prior to doing that we will run a few diagnostic tests and ensure the proper settings are configured on your device first. Please submit a support request or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow-up to run these tests to decide if your device should be replaced.
